ῥοῦς (Rous) epitomizes the story of a dream shared by cousins Andreas Kyprianou and Costas Constantinou: to give Cyprus a fine dining experience deeply rooted in Cyprus’s history.
Andreas and Costas did not wish to reproduce any fine dining restaurant abroad; they wanted to start afresh. Their vision? To create dishes inspired by the plethora of cultures that have left their mark within the culinary habits of the Cypriot people, while elevating them to the standards of a fine dining restaurant.
