We collect your above mentioned data in order to manage your reservation to ensure the best possible service provision to you as well as the availability of any reservation you choose to make to our restaurant via Open Table.

Your data is safely and securely stored on our servers and we maintain your personal information for 2 weeks after the date of reservation you have booked.
