We collect data from our 3rd party affiliates, specifically from Open Table ( https://www.opentable.com/). Specifically we collect your name, email address and telephone number, which is provided to us upon your online reservation via Open Table. We also collect certain data via cookies, upon your visit to our website. For specific details on the data collected via Cookies, see below section 7.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We collect your above mentioned data in order to manage your reservation to ensure the best possible service provision to you as well as the availability of any reservation you choose to make to our restaurant via Open Table.

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA AND PERIOD OF RETENTION

Your data is safely and securely stored on our servers and we maintain your personal information for 2 weeks after the date of reservation you have booked. We maintain the right to reserve your information for a longer period for any obligations provided by any law or any competent authority or for the preservation of any legal rights.

The website is hosted on a shared hosting data centre located in the US part of the Zayo network – https://www.zayo.com/privacy/

Data stored includes: Emails – IPs blocked for security violations and/or by mistakenly breaking security protocols of the website.

Security Logs

The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks.
