‘La Mer’ Menu

For one night only, the award-winning Sommelier Andreas Kyprianou, together with Chef Triantafyllos Souliotis, have prepared an evening dedicated to ‘oenogastronomy’ and the Mediterranean Sea.

The ‘La Mer’ menu costs €65 per person, and the wine pairing is an additional €45 for those who wish to include it.

  • Smoked spicy trout

  • Horiatiki tartlet

  • Fish brandade

  • Tarama & butter

  • White shrimp tartar, fermented chili, grapes, and almond soup

  • Seafood dolma

  • Crab ravioli, sofrito foam, white asparagus

  • Steamed fish in banana leaf, kolokasokeftes, yeasted cauliflower pure

  • Chilled rice pudding with pollen and fresh apricot sorbet

  • Chocolate delice with Cyprus coffee ice cream
