After completing its Culinary Art education at ΙΕΚ Le Monde in Greece, Chef Andreas Yiangoullas has travelled the world to gain experience and sharpen his skills in Switzerland, St Moritz for Ecco, Fine Dining Restaurant, 2 * Michelin and in Germany, Leipzig, for Falco, Fine Dining Restaurant Leipzig, 2 * Michelin and 19.5/20 points Gault & Millau. He has returned to his native Nicosia to take over the kitchen of ῥοῦς restaurant as Executive Chef.
